Questions

Is there a minimum contract?

Monthly packages have a 3-month minimum, then carry on month to month with 30 days' notice to cancel. A Content Day is a one-off with no commitment.

Do I own the posts you make?

You own every final, approved post once it's delivered and live. Unused drafts and raw footage stay with us unless we agree otherwise.

Can I ask for changes?

Every package includes revisions on each post, 1 round on Starter, 2 on Growth and up to 3 on Strategy. Growth and Strategy include more rounds, and extra rounds can be added to any package if needed.

When do I pay?

Monthly packages are billed in advance each month. A Content Day is paid before the shoot.

Can you do something that isn't in a package?

Just tell us what you need. We take on custom requests and can quote for one-off work.

How much does social media management cost?

Monthly packages start from £350 a month, and a one-off Content Day is £95. Every business is different, so we'll give you a price after a quick chat.

Do you work with businesses near me?

We're based near Redditch and work with businesses across Birmingham, Worcestershire, Warwickshire, the West Midlands and the East Midlands. Your socials are managed online, so we can work with you wherever you are.
