JT Operations Partners is a partnership of Jack Gedroge and Tia Mayers, based in Redditch, Worcestershire. Jack sets up the automation and the technical side of your website. Tia looks after the design, the words and your social media. There are just the two of us, so you'll always deal directly with the person doing the work, with no account managers or handoffs.

Who runs JT Operations Partners?
Jack Gedroge and Tia Mayers, who run it together as a partnership. Jack looks after automation and the technical side of websites, and Tia looks after design, words and social media.
Where are you based?
In Redditch, Worcestershire. We work with small businesses in Redditch, Studley, Bromsgrove, Alcester, Droitwich Spa, Henley-in-Arden and Birmingham, and across the West Midlands and East Midlands, in person or by phone and video call.
Who will I deal with?
One of us, directly. We don't have account managers, so the person you talk to is the person doing the work.
Who owns what you build?
You do. Your website, domain, accounts and automations are set up in your name, so they're yours whatever happens.
Are you registered with the ICO?
Yes. We're registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, number ZC278092, because we handle customer details for the businesses we work with.
