Privacy policy

This page explains what happens to the details you give us. It was last updated on 29 October 2026.

Who we are

JT Operations Partners is a partnership of Jack Gedroge and Tianne Mayers. We decide how your details are used, so under UK data protection law we are the "controller". You can reach us at info@jtoperationspartners.co.uk.

We're registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration number ZC278092.

What we collect

When you send the enquiry form, we receive your name, email address, phone number, business name and what you tell us about your work.

We don't use analytics cookies. We only use Google's advertising cookies if you accept them (see Cookies below).

To stop spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile. It checks that a person, not a bot, is sending the form, and processes technical details about your browser and connection to do so.

Why we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, and to arrange your free audit or give you a quote. Our lawful bases are that you've asked us to do this before any agreement between us, and our legitimate interest in answering the enquiries people send us.

If you accept cookies, we use Google's ad tag to see which of our ads lead to enquiries. Our lawful basis for that is your consent, which you can take back at any time.

We won't add you to a mailing list or pass your details to anyone to market to you.

Who else handles your details

Some of this may happen outside the UK. We only use providers that offer the safeguards UK law requires for that.

How long we keep it

If we don't end up working together, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. If you become a client, we keep your details while we work together, and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Resend keeps its record of each email for 30 days.

Your client portal

When you become a client, we give you a private link to your own portal. It holds your agreement, quotes and invoices, our updates, photos and videos of your work, and anything we ask you to approve. Anyone with the link can open your portal, so please keep it to yourself. If it goes to the wrong person, tell us and we'll replace it straight away.

If you sign your agreement in the portal, we keep a record of the signing: your name, your role, your signature, the date and time, your IP address, and the type of device and browser you used. This shows that you signed and which version you signed. We also note when you open the portal and anything you approve or ask us to change, so we can show you what's new and act on your answers.

We use all this to provide what we've agreed with you, and because we have a legitimate interest in being able to show what was agreed. We keep the signing record for as long as we keep the agreement it belongs to. We delete your portal's photos, videos and files when we stop keeping your details (see "How long we keep it" above).

Cloudflare stores your portal and its files. After you sign online, Resend sends you a welcome email.

Cookies

We advertise on Google. If you press "Accept" on the cookie banner, this site loads Google's ad tag. It sets cookies so Google can tell us when someone who clicked one of our ads goes on to send us an enquiry, which shows us which ads work. Google receives details such as the pages you visit here, the ad you clicked, and technical details about your browser and device. Google's cookies for this last up to 90 days. We don't use them to follow you with ads on other sites.

If you press "Reject", or don't choose, the tag doesn't load and no advertising cookies are set. You can change your mind at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

We remember your choice in your browser's storage on this device, so we don't ask on every page. It isn't sent to us or anyone else.

Your client portal sets one cookie, which keeps you signed in on that device for up to 400 days. It's needed for the portal to work and isn't used for anything else.

Google also uses this information for its own purposes, as it explains at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them. Email info@jtoperationspartners.co.uk and we'll reply within a month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes

If we change how we use your details, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
